From the signs posted on the hut it's the local angling club's "lodge" and equipment store.
I've only ever been there once before about 2 years ago and shot the most awful HDR picture full of noise and blown out colours. I went back with the intention of taking a "real" photograph to be proud of. I came home with 125 shots, picked one that worked and immediately threw all the rest in the bin I was so pleased with this one.

This reminds me of were I grew up. Of that point in time where the sun makes the dew on the grass shimmer and explosions of rainbows are everywhere.
The mood of the picture is calm and serene. The leading lines and contrasts grab the eye and draw it towards the sun, the cabin and the trees behind the cabin.
The water helps add more of a calming effect to the entire moment here. I can picture couples and families spending numerous hours here just talking and having fun. The grass on the right side is the strongest leading line you have in the picture. I really like how it isn't even and makes a curve towards the cabin itself. This is an amazing picture in itself. Good job!
Nice frame. When I saw the picture, I thought your title would say something about the temperature (or mood) of the picture - it was a surprise that the title is about the hut. More emphasis on the hut is my suggestion (what I mean is, if the picture should depict the hut, the hut should be emphasized).
The 'iso' is good and the general appearance is good. Looking at your subject (the hut), may I suggest that "law of 3rds" be applied. The angle to which the frame was acquired is also good though usually done, so maybe try some angles too! (^~^)
This scene reminds me of my vacation in the mountains two summers ago. One evening we were fishing and it ccouldn't possibly be any more beautiful... This picture is the essence of beauty....
